About Pinnex AI

Pinnex AI builds compliance, practice management and AI-based accounting software for small and mid-size accounting practices in India.

It is the result of an active collaboration between practising chartered accountants and AI professionals. The accountants define what correct looks like; the engineers make the technology reach that standard. Neither group could have built this alone, and that is rather the point — the best of the knowledge, the experience and the technology, in one product.

The tools exist because the same problems kept showing up in practice: a compliance calendar that only one person really understood, client clarifications scattered across chats, and bookkeeping hours spent on work that repeats identically every month.

Rather than buy an enterprise system built for large firms, we built what a small firm actually needs — and tested each module against real Indian compliance work before offering it to anyone else.

How we build

• Every workflow is tested against real Indian compliance scenarios first
• The accounting agent is trained on Indian practice, not adapted from a generic model
• Screens are designed so a new joiner can use them the same week
• The software prepares and tracks; a qualified person reviews and approves
• We say no to features that add clutter for the sake of a comparison chart

We do not compete with you

Pinnex AI is a software business. We sell tools to accounting practices — we do not take on their clients, and we do not run a practice that competes with yours.

That boundary is contractual, not just intentional, and it is written into every agreement we sign.
