Agentic Accounting, Bookkeeping & Reconciliation Available

Eva — an accounting agent that works inside your Tally, Zoho Books or Excel, and hands the file back for your review.

Eva, the Pinnex AI accounting agent

This is Eva

She takes one client’s month, works it through end to end, and stops at the points where a qualified person should decide. Everything she does is visible while she does it.

What “agentic” actually means here

An AI assistant waits for a question and gives you an answer to paste somewhere. An agent is handed the engagement and carries it. That distinction is the whole product.

Eva opens the client’s purchase bills, sales invoices, expense records and bank statement. She decides the accounting treatment for each line against your chart of accounts — ledger, GST treatment, TDS section. She writes the entries into the books you already keep. She matches the bank line by line in the same pass. Then she stops, gathers what she could not settle on her own, and waits for a person.

Reconciliation is not a separate exercise in a separate tool afterwards. It happens inside the run, which is why the exceptions arrive as one short list rather than as a fortnight of discoveries.

Why an Indian-specific agent

Indian books are not American books with different currency symbols. Reverse charge, place of supply, composition dealers, TDS sections and thresholds, the way a purchase bill maps to a ledger in a Tally company — these are the details that decide whether an entry is right.

Eva is built around that treatment rather than adapted from a general-purpose assistant, and she is tested against real Indian compliance work in a working practice before she reaches a client firm. Where the treatment is genuinely arguable, she does not pick quietly — she flags it for the person reviewing.

Assistant versus agent

A general AI assistant

  • Waits to be asked, one question at a time
  • Gives you text to copy somewhere else
  • Guesses at Indian GST and TDS treatment
  • Leaves the reconciliation to you
  • No record of what it did or why

Eva, an accounting agent

  • Takes the client’s month and works it through
  • Writes entries into your actual books
  • Built around Indian treatment and ledger conventions
  • Reconciles the bank in the same run
  • Every step logged, every exception named

What it helps with

  • Posts directly into Tally, Zoho Books or Excel — no export, import or middle tool
  • Reconciliation inside the same run, not a separate exercise afterwards
  • Built around Indian GST and TDS treatment, not a general-purpose assistant
  • Staff review instead of typing — their time moves to the judgement work
  • Exceptions gathered into one list rather than found one at a time at month end
  • A visible log of every step, so a reviewer can see how an entry was arrived at
Prepare-and-review by design. Eva drafts; a qualified person at your firm approves. Nothing is finalised, and no return is filed, by software.
